Hit The Rod!?

At first I was going to make a pretentious move and call my blog Oneiric, but someone already had that idea.

I came up with the even more sickening ‘Oneircity,’ before becoming nauseated and thinking, how about a nice simple name which is on the other end of the spectrum of tastelessness?

Hit The Rod is something I stole borrowed from this YTMND,  originally to name my scandinavian utopian paradise on Nation States many moons ago.

It’s kinda catchy. I like the fact it’s three letters, three words. It sounds a bit like a command broadcasted to the masses in a strange and industrial totalitarian future where everyone works in steel mills. The possibilities are endless! Also, it meant being allowed to find a stock image of a shiny hammer and using it as my mainpage header, something that everybody really wants in secret.
